My fees are 125.00 per 45 minute hour.  I do not accept insurance.  However, after you pay I can give you a receipt to file out of network benefits. 

Please call your insurance in advance to confirm they pay out of network.  You may also want to check on the amount of your deductible, how many sessions per year are covered and if a referral from your primary care provider (PCP) is required.

Be aware, when you file with insurance, they will require a diagnosis.  This will become a part of your medical record. 

Self-pay is the way to go. 

You will be able to access a secure client portal to pay by debit or credit card.  If you are unable to do this, I will help you find a therapist that takes insurance.
